International Women’s Day

March 8th, the world celebrates International Women’s Day, a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.
The theme of this year’s celebration is #PressForProgress, a call for gender parity. These issues are elaborated on in the International Labor Organization's forthcoming ILO report, “World Employment and Social Outlook: Trends for women in March 2018.”
This year, our partners at Women for Women International are leading a special campaign asking people to send a #MessageToMySister to express solidarity and support for women living in some of the world’s most dangerous
