On May 5th, 2021, the European Commission released a proposal for a new regulation on foreign subsidies distorting the internal market. The legal document is the latest step in a process initiated last summer—and is the European Union’s latest attempt to weather rising geopolitical tensions without jettisoning Europe’s economic openness.

Welcome Will Kinsman as Associate

We are excited to welcome Will Kinsman to the firm as Associate where he will work on client issues across the firm’s domestic and European portfolios.

Will’s previous experience includes positions with the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TUSIAD) and Civil.GE, an online publication focused on civil society in the Republic of Georgia. Previously, Will participated in a Georgian language immersion program in Tbilisi, Georgia where he traveled the country documenting Georgia’s architectural heritage and tradition of Mosaic work.

Will received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
