A New Approach to International Trade

Karen Tramontano authors report from the Pell Center at Salve Regina University

This month, Blue Star Strategies announced the publication of a new report
authored by CEO Karen Tramontano and published by the Pell Center for International Relations and Public Policy at Salve Regina University.

With growing public sentiment against trade and political leaders on both the left and right opposing international trade agreements, Karen argues that the United States needs a new approach to international trade that addresses the inequities that many believe damage America's national interest while preserving the good that trade does in the world.

We invite you to download this timely report and we look forward to continuing this vital conversation in the days and months to come.

With best regards,

The Blue Star Strategies Team

 recommends...

Le Capricea long-standing destination serving British, European and American cuisine and located in the St James's central district in London near Piccadilly, Mayfair and the West End.

During Karen's recent visit, she found this local icon to be the perfect blend of atmosphere, energy (while still quiet enough for conversation), great service, and delicious dishes. She recommends trying the "exquisitely prepared
thai-baked sea bass with fragrant rice."

The Sleepwalkers: How Europe Went to War in 1914by Christopher Clark.

This fresh investigation into the explosive beginnings of World War I argues that the conflict was far from inevitable and that attempts to assign a single, causal explanation for the war underplays the inherently destabilizing role played by Europe's deep ethnic and nationalistic factions and divisions.
